While the staff of Liza's Reef does not at the present time gather
personal information about it's visitors, or maintain a mailing list, in

rent or trade your email address or other personal information to any

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS BY LIZA'S REEF
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies, as permitted by law, in
identifying those who may be using our servers or services for illegal
activities. We also reserve the right to report any suspected illegal
activity to law enforcement individuals or entities.
We also will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to the fullest extent
in regards to any issues of copyright infringement of original literary
material or content , in specific the story and concept of Liza's
Reef created by Lee James Pantas. This includes misuse of painting images

SECURITY POLICY
All transactions at the Liza's Reef web site, including the Reef Store will
be
handled securely when the store is activated. No credit card information
will be stored. No such information
is accepted by the website.
CHOICE TO OPT OUT
If you wish to be removed from our mailing list once it is established, please contact the
Liza's Reef
webmaster
with
the subject " Opt-Out " in the email header. We will gladly remove you and
your information from the mailing list.
Liza's Reef limits its own e-mail solicitations to those customers
who have not “opted out” of receiving such communications. The solicitations
will clearly indicate the originator of the e-mail and provide the customer
with a method of “opting out” of receiving future communications of a
similar nature.
